When checked, the list above shows only Past polls (finalized date has already passed). When off, you see Open and Finalized polls.
Open polls accept votes. Finalized polls have a chosen date but it has not happened yet. Turn on View Past Polls above to list only past polls; otherwise you see open and finalized polls.
